Most of the bottom half of the draws played their matches on day 2 of the 2012 US Open. Some more of the world's top players faced off and had some success. More Problems For The Williams’
The 2011 US Open has been good so far for both of the Williams' sisters, Serena and Venus won both their opening matches with ease. Serena in normal dominant form and Venus in her powerful serving cruised.
